Who We Help

At Steps2Life, we assist individuals and families at various life stages. This page details who we support, the individuals we collaborate with, and how our allied health services align with personal goals and funding arrangements. We are dedicated to providing ethical, transparent services that comply with NDIS and other funding guidelines, ensuring every person is treated with dignity.

Who We Are

Children & Adolescents

Adolescence involves changes in learning, communication, behaviour, and social development, and Steps2Life provides allied health support focused on participation, skill development, and independence. Services address areas such as communication, emotional regulation, physical development, and daily living, delivered in collaboration with families and schools across clinic, home, community, school, or telehealth settings.

Adults

Adults may access allied health services for a range of reasons including disability, injury, developmental conditions, mental health concerns, or changes in physical capacity. We work with adults to identify practical supports aligned with their individual goals and daily routines, covering functional skills, communication, mobility, emotional wellbeing, community participation and independent living.

Who We Are

People with Disability

Supporting people with disability is central to our work at Steps2Life. We work with children, adolescents, and adults living with physical, intellectual, psychosocial, or developmental disabilities.

Our approach focuses on participation, skills development, and supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals, with services delivered in line with NDIS plans or other approved funding. We work collaboratively with families, carers, and providers to ensure supports are reasonable, well-documented, and consistently coordinated.

Parents & Carers

Parents and carers play a vital role in wellbeing and development, and we work closely with support networks to provide guidance and practical strategies across home, school, and community settings. Clear communication and shared planning ensure alignment with family priorities, while straightforward information supports understanding of process, referrals, and funding.
