- Dates: NSW School Holiday periods (contact us for current schedule)
- Time: 9:00am–3:00pm (please arrive 10 mins before the start time)
- Age Groups: 2–5 years | 6–10 years | 11–15 years | 16–18 years
- Location: Regents Park

What does the school holiday program include?
- Daily program schedule with clearly planned activity blocks, breaks, and transitions.
- Group-based activity sessions designed according to age range and support needs.
- Creative activity blocks including arts and crafts, themed projects, and hands-on activities.
- Structured games and interactive tasks that involve rules, instructions, and shared participation. Facilitators provide guidance to ensure activities remain inclusive and appropriately paced.
- Supervised meal and break times with and assistance as required.
- Supported transitions between activities to maintain structure throughout the day. Visual cues, verbal prompts, or routine reminders may be used where appropriate.
- Staff supervision and support with programs delivered by trained allied health and support staff.
